After years of negligent management, Vermilion Power has been reincorporated as of May 2025.

Some previously liquidated materials and resources were purchased to kick-start the companies new beginning. It’s mission will be the same as in previous years: prosper in the fuel industry of the Benten region and beyond.

Regaining Agricultural Independence

Vermilion Power was moving towards agricultural independence before liquidation. The new CEO is working quickly to regain this status and has recently built two new farmsteads and a third is in the works.

These new farmsteads will soon supply a food processor to create nutritious and delicious meals for the workforce. In addition to supplying food processors, the farmsteads already supply the incinerators used for carbon production where the resource extraction experts are busy. The carbon products will primarily be sold on Katoa (UV-351a) local market.

A few months ago, the Vermilion Power CEO mysteriously went missing. There are rumors that the Katoan govenor at the time was involved but nothing has been proven and no charges have been filed.

Vermilion Power was liquidated this month in attempt to cut losses and pay off outstanding debts.

The brand was auctioned off immediately after liquidation closed and a new CEO has taken over. The new CEO has plans to retain a similar strategy and production lines as before liquidation, focusing on fuel production. It will take some time to achieve the same level of output but the CEO is confident in his new workforce.

Unfortunately, many of the workers were lost during liquidation since paychecks couldn’t be met. A relevant porton of Vermilion Power’s employment contract will be shared below:

Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.36, employee shall recieve regular bi-weekly paychecks and rations on time during the time of their employment. Employment shall continue until termination which can occur under various conditions. Termination shall occur immediately after a negative performance review from direct manager or in the event of business closure or liquidation.

Agricultural Independence

In the past, Vermilion Power has been very dependent on other companies for sourcing consumables such as drinking water, basic rations, and other workforce necessities.

Vermilion Power’s latest initiative, Agricultural Independence, begins with a brand new Rig to extract liquid water from Katoa (UV-351a). Near future plans include a farmstead and food processor. Once these buildings are established, an incinerator will be constructed to further utilize our top-of-the-class resource extraction experts.
